Lake LA4-180 front folding seat.  This seat folds all the way forward; very good condition, no rips, no damage and no stains.  Fabric has minimal wear.  There is a small 1″ area on the front left of the seat back where the fabric is frilling, There is a small area where there is frame poke through approximately 3/8″, see photos.  This was installed as the Co-Pilots seat.  All mechanisms work correctly.  13 inches from roller to roller on center.

Removed from a 1964 Lake LA4-180, N1136L, SN 298, 3,500 total time.
