Excellent condition used and modified carburator air intake expander assembly. No cracks, no damage, but rivets have been replaced with screws and lock nuts. Additionally, you can see a latch reciever half that would secure the expander tightly to the carburator air intake assembly. Appears it can be returned to original factory specs. The expander fits the following:
Cessna 185 part number -5, and -9; serial numbers (-5) 185-0001 to 185-1264 and serial number s (-9) 185-1265 and on.
Cessna 180 part number -1, and -8; serial numbers (-1) 18051184 to 18051866. The parts book also shows serial numbers “18050622 and on”. (-8) 18051867 and on.
Cessna 182 part number -1; serial numbers 18251557 to 18253007.
