1958 PA 24-250 Comanche. Approximately 3,500 TT, approximately 500 SMOH on Lycoming O-540-A1A narrow deck. No log books. Aircraft is NOT airworthy, and is being sold strictly As Is-Where Is.
Hartzell HC-A2VK/V8433-7 [requires 500 hour eddy current inspection per AD]
Basic radios, no ADS-B
1/4″ glass all around, One piece windshield.
Dash cover in very good condition.
The aircraft has not flown since July of 2018. Engine has not run for at least 3 years. It was parked when the Camp Fire occurred and possibly suffered some heat damage. Log books were lost when the owners home burned down. No indication of warping or buckeling in aluminum but no way to tell extent of any damage without deeper inspections. There are areas with paint bubbling and the plastic fairings did warp and melt. Rotating beacon appears in good shape so heat damage might have been restricted to empanage. No warping on the rudder or tail feathers. The windows are all in good condition indicating the heat did not reach the forward 2/3 of aircraft, just my opinion. Airframe is in good condition, without dents, hail or corrosion. Interior is good condition. Aircraft had a gear up landing 7/1983 but no indication of other than standard Piper sheetmetal repair on belly, see photos.
