Piper PA28RT-201 & 201T turbo arrow, and Piper Dakota, fuel selector cover. 36 gallon per tank placards. One mounting hole is slightly elongated, placards have wear and the platic is warped under right tank placard, 1/8th inch crack in lock tab access area, see photos.
